Mid-week rates are Sunday to Thursday during off-peak periods
excluding long weekends and public holidays.
Friday and Saturday rates vary. Contact Buccaneer Motel
for current rates.
Rates exclude breakfast unless otherwise specified in your
package.
All rates quoted are for 2 people. Extra occupants add $15 per
person. Suites accommodate a strict number of occupants to
comply with health and safety regulations. Refer to Suite Configuration on Rates
page.
Only 1 allocated parking space is provided per suite. Extra
vehicles, trailers or vehicles requiring space greater than an
average Four-Wheel Driver may be accommodated by prior arrangement
only. Please notify Buccaneer Motel when booking or at least
24 hours prior to your arrival.
All bookings must be secured with a current and valid credit
card. Note that payment will not be charged until your arrival at
which time you may choose to pay using an alternative accepted
method.
Bookings may also be secured by other mutually agreed methods
at least 1 week before arrival date. You must phone and speak to a
Buccaneer Motel manager to discuss an agreed method.
All booked accommodation must be paid in full at check-in on
arrival date.
Accommodation may be paid by cash or other agreed method to
avoid credit/charge card service fees (currently charged for
American Express card only. Visa and Master card exempt.
Diners not accepted). Agreed methods in this case exclude credit or
charge cards under any and all circumstances.
All quoted and published rates exclude 3% credit card service
fee currently charged on American Express cards.
Personal cheques are not accepted under any
circumstance.
Booking cancellation fee of 30% applies for a booking canceled
within 48 hours of arrival date.
Booking cancellation on arrival date is not accepted.
Booking Cancellation Example: If your booking is for the 30th,
cancelling on or before the 27th attracts no fee, cancelling on the
28th or 29th attracts a 30% fee, cancelling on the 30th is not
accepted and 100% of the accommodations will be charged. This
example is a 'guide-only' and our cancellation policy applies every
day of the year.
Customers with booked accommodation failing to arrive and fail
to provide any notice or cancellation automatically forfeit their
booking and incur a 100% charge of all booked accommodation.
Cancellation fees stipulated on our Terms and Conditions are
calculated based on the value of the first night only of all booked
accommodation.
Bookings can also be made via authorised third party on-line
agents, but please note that variations or cancellations for such
bookings must also be directed through the same agent. Please
refer to your booking agent for further terms and conditions
applicable to your booking.
